Verna Rhodes – Licensed Real Estate Consultant A North Texas resident since the mid-1970's, I have enjoyed my career in the DFW real estate market for 33 years now. My passions are my family, real estate, and technology. I am privileged to work alongside my husband of 48 years, Bo, a former custom home builder and professional tradesman. My son and business partner, Russell, and my daughter Terri, a fellow realtor, also fill my work life with joy. And we are blessed with six grandsons and two great grandsons. Russell Rhodes – Licensed Real Estate Consultant I have lived in the DFW area since 1976 and graduated with a BBA (concentration in Finance and Real Estate) from TCU in 1986. My wife of over 20 years, Mandy, and I have been blessed with three wonderful boys -Austin, Mitchell, and Cooper. We enjoy attending their various basketball, soccer, football, and baseball games. As long-time residents of FlowerMound, we are members of RockPointe Church. Of utmost importance to us is our dedication to running our business in a way that pleases and brings honor to God. Bo Rhodes – Licensed Real Estate Consultant I am proud to say the DFW area has been my home for more than 30 years. My experience in the field in the home building industry is quite diverse. Over the past 45 years, I have been a certified home inspector, mastered a number of trades, and designed and built custom homes. When I joined my wife, Verna, and son, Russell, in 2002, this frontline experience brought a unique perspective and eye for quality to our business that complemented the team's expertise in real estate. Working with my family to provide quality service to our clients is very fulfilling. Our personal and business lives are guided by traditional values: quality, integrity, and accountability. Karen Brown – Licensed Real Estate Consultant I am originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, but North Texas has been my home for nearly 30 years now. My husband, Andrew, and I were married in 1983. We currently reside in Plano, as do our three daughters and two granddaughters. I worked for the Xerox Corporation for 27 years, but really enjoy my career in real estate. Erin Pickard – Licensed Real Estate Consultant I have called North Texas home since 1988. After graduating from Stephen F. Austin University, I taught elementary school for three years then found my calling in real estate. It is definitely my passion and my dream job. I love helping clients find the house that they will call home. My husband, Chris, and I both look forward to having a family. Jeremy Wages - Licensed Real Estate Consultant I have lived in the DFW area all of my life and I can honestly say that I literally grew up in the Texas Real Estate business. I have been professionally involved in Real Estate transactions since 2001 and I am so blessed to be a third generation family member on the Rhodes Team. I must admit it is strange to be working with and referring to my mother as Terri and my grandmother as Verna but our standards of professionalism would have it no other way. It is such a joy to have a career that I absolutely love to where it does not even feel like I am working. I live in Allen Texas with my beautiful wife Kendal and our 6 children (3 boys and 3 girls) where we are active in our community through church, sports, and various organizations. Dan Sexton – Licensed Real Estate Consultant Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, I moved to Dallas in 1980 and have lived in Coppell since 1989. After 25 years in the technology sector, including 10 years in management, I began my career in real estate when I joined The Rhodes Team in 2002. Looking back, I'm glad I made the change, as this industry and my association with this great team continue to make for a very rewarding experience. I enjoy outdoor activities like golf, tennis, and yard work, and I like to stay active in my community. Terri Wages – Licensed Real Estate Consultant Originally from Moore, Oklahoma, I have lived in North Texas since 1976. The friendly people, the great family values, the shopping, and the quality way of life have made this a wonderful place to raise a family. I married Tim in 1979, and we raised three incredible boys - Joseph, Jeremy, and Brance. In 2004, after running my own drapery and decoration company for more than 20 years, I joined my family in our mutual passion for real estate. Shellie Becker – Licensed Real Estate Contract-to-Close Agent Aside from living in Ontario, Canada, for two years, my husband and I have lived in the Lewisville/Flower Mound area since 1987. We have two children, a son who attends Texas A&M and daughter enrolled at Baylor University. I joined The Rhodes Team as their contract-to-close agent in early 2004. Tiffany Smith - Office Manager/Marketing Director Originally from a small town in Louisiana, I began calling Texas home in 1994. I moved to the DFW area and earned my degree in Advertising at The University of North Texas. I joined The Rhodes Team shortly after graduating college and have felt incredibly blessed to be a part of such an amazing team for the last 10 years. I recently fell in love with road cycling and feel like I have finally found my sport. In addition to anything outdoors, I love cooking and entertaining friends and family. Cynthia Winters - Account Manager I have lived in Texas my whole life. I received my degree in Equine Science and continue to breed horses on our farm where we live in Pilot Point. My husband, Jeff and I have 2 wonderful children, Nolan, 3 yrs old and Cameron, 1 year old. Growing up with a mother as a realtor and a father as a developer, I followed in their footsteps and got my real estate license in 2000. I've had experience in several aspects of real estate and really enjoy my position as a Listing Coordinator building relationships with our clients. |

Catherine Stout - REO Manager I grew up on the mission field in Papua New Guinea where my parents served as missionaries in the medical field. Upon return to my hometown in California, I made the move to Texas to pursue a career in real estate and to find a cowboy! I enjoy anything and everything outdoors and spend as much time traveling as possible. I love the real estate field and currently specialize in REO management. |

Jennifer Newman I am a native Oklahoman, OSU alumni (Go Pokes!), and proud Texan all in one! In other terms, I am a little country, and a whole lot city! After earning my degree in Business Management, I quickly headed south, to claim Dallas, TX as permanent residency. In addition to selling real estate, I love cooking, entertaining, traveling, anything outdoors and above all being with friends and family. I am engaged to be married this year and currently counting down the days. Along with personal excitement, I share in the excitement of being apart of The Rhodes Team at Keller Williams. J.L. Erwin - Licensed Real Estate Consultant I am originally from El Paso, TX and moved to the DFW area in 1990 to attend college. I obtained a degree in aircraft mechanics then decided on real estate in 2005 and never looked back. I have a true passion for the business and really enjoy helping people with their real estate needs. Honesty, integrity and a powerful negotiator are what I'm about. I have a lovely wife and 3 children (all boys). When I'm not working I coach little league sports, mainly baseball and football. This has been a true passion of mine for 6 years now. I get so much pleasure teaching young men the concept of being a team player and the rewards that come along with hard work. I also enjoy playing golf and camping. |

I graduated from Grapevine High School and earned a bachelors degree (BBA) in Sales and Marketing from Texas A&M University. Following college, I started in real estate managing and selling new home construction and worked for a few various builders. I achieved my real estate license in early 2001 and joined RE/MAX. In 2003, I transferred to Keller Williams. I received my Brokers license in 2005. I am very happily married and have a 5 year old son. We live in Frisco and are involved with Hope Fellowship Church. I have a grumpy, spoiled Jack Russell Terrier named Rusty. My wife and I love to travel all over the world, entertain at our home and are very active in our community. |

Carter Schultz - Licensed Real Estate Consultant I was born and raised in the mountains of Glenwood Springs, Colorado. After graduating from Abilene Christian University with a BBA in accounting I worked as a CPA for Price Waterhouse in Ft. Worth for several years while my beautiful wife, Paige - a Fort Worth native - taught elementary school. Feeling a stirring in my heart toward ministry, I returned to ACU, earned a Master of Divinity degree, and moved to Peachtree City, GA and then to Fairhope, AL where I served as senior pastor for 12 years. I now have the privilege of extending that same care and thoughtfulness for people as I provide expertise in helping them with their real estate needs. Paige and I have celebrated 21 years of marriage and have 4 amazing children: Abigail, John David, Obed, and Jude who keep us busy (and busy laughing!). |

Chrisy Long - Director of First Impressions I was born and raised in Irving, Texas and am a graduate of Irving High School. I married my husband Robby in 1990 and moved to Flower Mound that same year. In 1993 we became parent of our daughter Lauren Ashley, in 1994 our son Tyler, and again in 1996 another blessing Lindsey. I was fortunate enough to be able to stay at home and raise our children while simultaneously running a daycare out of our home for over 10 years. Now that they are almost grown it is time for me to begin a new chapter of my life and joining The Rhodes Team just seemed like the perfect fit. I am thrilled to be able to call myself a member of their team. |

Doug McCalib - Licensed Real Estate Consultant I am originally from Odessa, Texas and moved to DFW in 1994. I attended UTPD where I earned my BBA in finance. I worked for Texas Instruments for 10 years while attending college at night. I have enjoyed my passion in real estate with Keller Williams since 1998. I enjoy working with good people and helping them with their real estate needs. I attend Watermark church and am passionate abou my walk with our Lord and Savior. My other passion is dancing, I am currently learning Salsa, Bochata, etc. |

Adrienne Kieschnick - Licensed Real Estate Expert I grew up all over the country, including California and Hawaii, settling in DFW in 1997. I started my career in accounting, spending 12 years in the field, but my passion for Real Estate won out. "Real Estate is my calling. I love sharing the experience of finding my clients their new home." In my spare time I am an active mother of three, Sunday school teacher, and PTA member. With living all over the country and learning the different real estate markets, I appreciate the wonderful opportunities that the DFW metroplex has to offer. Paige Lanz - Closing Assistant I was raised in the West Houston/Memorial area, and received my degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas. I began working for a relocation management consulting firm in 1988, and have since worked for several relocation companies in various roles. Additionally, I have held a real estate salesperson license in Kansas, Arizona and Texas. I met and married my husband Tim in Dallas in 1993. Through Tim's job changes, we have moved to Kansas, Arizona, and returned to the Dallas area in 2007. We have two teenagers, Erich and Lauren, who keep us busy with their activities. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, gardening and am involved with my sorority alumnae group. |

Wendy Galloway - Special Projects Manager I am a native Texan who has been in real estate since 1998. I am in my second term of employment with The Rhodes Team. After four years with the team, my heart lead me to Phoenix where my now husband was relocated for business. I loved the sunny weather and the beautiful views in Arizona but knew it was time to get back home. I grew up on an Arabian horse farm in Flower Mound and my family still has a farm in the area. I love the real estate industry and I am proud to call myself a member of The Rhodes Team. |
